Return/Exchange policy:

—>If you find  your product damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request  within 2 days.

Conditions: 

The product must be:

1. Unused.

2. Unworn. 

3. Unwashed and without any flaw. Make sure the product must meet all of the above requirements, or else we won’t be able to exchange it.

 

Also Note, the item have to be dispatch back to us between 3-5 working days.

Washing

  • Machine wash cold with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Turn inside out before washing

Drying

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods
  • Do not wring

Ironing

  • Warm iron on reverse side if needed
  • Do not iron directly on prints or embellishments

Dry Cleaning

  • Dry clean only if specified on the label

General Care

  • Wash dark and light colors separately
  • Avoid soaking for long durations
  • Handle with care to preserve fabric integrity
